Tired of the same old song and dance at your sales meetings? Do you find yourself and others nodding off? It’s time to supercharge your sales meetings! Use these 6 tips to bring excitement back to your meetings.

Create a short agenda, and don’t stray from it. Your sales pros hear their “commission clock” ticking during each wasted minute of a meeting. Respect that.

Create a positive atmosphere in every meeting by praising someone or having a sales person share a success story.

Bring in outside inspiration on a monthly basis. A local motivational speaker or happy current clients are examples.

Set the meetings first thing in the business day on Monday morning. And you bring the coffee and fruit/pastries.

Keep the administration to a minimum. Email most of it.

Save the numbers for last. If they’re not so good, you’ll have a more positive group to motivate. If they’re great, even better.
