Are you a masterful coach?
Since I began as a business coach I have studied other models of business coaching and leadership. Our previous book of the month feature for coaches is one of the books that I have found to be parallel with our philosophy and model for coaching. This book is Masterful Coaching by Robert Hargrove.
I encourage you to read this book because Robert Hargrove does an excellent job at illustrating how the technology of business coaching works with the whole organization in an effective, measurable manner. Hargrove shares the application of coaching in a way that helped broaden how I coach clients and mentor other coaches. You might even gain some ideas for how to approach different client challenges after reading this book.
