Tie A String Around Your Finger…
Good morning, fellow leaders. Every day there’s more you realize you need to learn in business, thanks to the Internet. But there are still a basic handful of things you better not forget in business that really make all the difference.
Here’s one you should tie around your finger, mentally, so you won’t forget it: What's the purpose of your business? Answer: “To create and keep a customer” Peter Drucker said it thirty years ago, and it still says it all.
Every cent of profit you will ever make will be the result of remembering this principle. And every dollar you never receive will find its way to another business instead because you forgot this basic truth.
Some things are as simple as that.
As always, if you have any stories or questions to share, I’d love to hear them!
