I've been spending a lot of time recently talking with my clients about the art of recruiting for their businesses. As a business coach and consultant, my clients almost always have issues to address with regard to finding, attracting, hiring, and retaining the talent needed to grow and manage the business.In the posts ahead I am going to address the art of recruiting top talent. It's a big deal for business. I've found it's almost always the number one issue that business owners face.
Let me say this for now. If you are not following a disciplined recruiting process for your business, you will not be able to compete with the companies that do have their act together.
