Best Practice In Performance Coaching
The book does a wonderful job detailing the fundamentals of coaching. The first part of the book addresses the definition of coaching as well as various coaching techniques, models and structures. I found this aspect of the book to be very comprehensive. Knowledge that any coach will want.
Carol also does a great job writing about training as a coach, how to run and professional practice, and how to create a coaching culture within organizations. The advanced coaching part of the book deals with in depth coaching tools and several case histories.
The book's appendix contains invaluable lists and forms that should help to refine the arrows in our coaching quivers so to speak.
I want to thank Carol's assistant for sending me a copy of the book. (I'm sorry but I've forgotten your name. Rude of me.)
Anyway, if you want to a comprehensive handbook full of insights and tools you can use in your coaching practice, go pick up a copy and read it.
Best regards.
