The Small Business Coaching Process

It's natural to want to understand the coaching process and we want you to be excited about the coaching relationship. We have developed a 6 month coaching process that will give you a good idea of the areas we'll be working in, however the process must remain fluid, as every company is different.

As seasoned experts in this field we will give you our continuous feedback on the direction and focus that we believe will provide for the best long-term sustainable results.

We will also address immediate situations head on.

Determining the "Coach-ability Factor"

Believe it or not, most people are not very coachable.

The truth is, the degree to which you will see results in the coaching relationship is the degree to which you are willing to be coachable. You and I both know a gold medalist didn't get there because they were born with a natural ability far above everyone else. They got there because they had a great coach, remained completely coachable and kept their mind on the goal.

So, the question is, "Are you coachable?

How Coaching Is Presented

Typically we will meet with our clients in person once to twice per week or over the phone depending on the location of the coach and client. We will attend management meetings and all-company meetings as well to introduce the coach to the team as determined by the client. We utilize video and phone conferencing and email as well. In a nutshell, we are there to meet the needs of our client and we are flexible in the way that occurs. Our success rate with our clients is not determined by the communication avenue we use, but rather the consistent commitment to the client's success.
